The Energy and Water Ombudsman Victoria is a free service available to Victorian energy consumers:
a) when they are not satisfied in whole or in part with the outcome of Onsite Energy Solutions Complaints and Dispute Resolution Process; or
b) when Onsite Energy Solutions refuses to deal with a complaint; or
c) when a reasonable time has passed for Onsite Energy Solutions to resolve a complaint, and the complaint remains unresolved, whichever first occurs.
